If you have forgotten your password, please follow these steps:

• In the fields below, enter your User Name and/or the email address which you registered at Poker Mavericks
  
  
• It is not necessary to fill out both fields.
  
  
• Then, please enter the correct answer to your secret questions and click "OK".
  
  
• You should receive an email with the subject heading "Your password change" within a few minutes from Poker Mavericks
  
  
• This email will contain the new, randomly-generated password.
  
  
• From now on, use this new password to access the Poker MavericksClient. At "My Account -> Profile" you can change your new password. We recommend that you update it to one of your choice right away.

Should you have any difficulties, be sure that you have correctly entered your email address and/or Username, and check your "spam" folder. If you continue to experience problems, contact Support at your earliest convenience.
